    Combine table and form view

Is there any way to display buttons in table view? I would like for the data from a table to be in datasheet view, but would also like the option to tweak the data with a few buttons. Is it possible?

ContinuousView can be set up to look like DatasheetView. Buttons would be in the Form Header.

Or do a form/subform. The buttons would be on the main form and code would address the subform container control. The subform container SourceObject can be a form or a table/query.

Or play with the Split Form. I explored it when first introduced with 2007 but didn't like it.
