New Access user here (hi everyone!)...... I've been looking at the Access2010 Database Documenter reports. There is so much info that I think could be useful in helping me design my database, but I am very confused as to where this information is coming from. For example, here are some of the things that come up in a report:
Tables
AggregateType: -1
AllowZeroLength: False
AppendOnly: False
Attributes: Variable Length
CollatingOrder: General
ColumnHidden: False
ColumnOrder: Default
ColumnWidth: Default
DataUpdatable: False

GUID: {guid {7DBD11BF-86AF-43EE-AF91-86BF2BE59492}}
IMEMode: 0
IMESentenceMode: 0
OrdinalPosition: 3
Required: False
SourceField: First Name
SourceTable: Employees
TextAlign: General
UnicodeCompression: True
WSSFieldID: FirstName
Indexes
Clustered: False
DistinctCount: 1
Foreign: False
IgnoreNulls: False
Name: Company
Primary: False
Required: False
Unique: False
Fields:
CompanyAscending
I think I would put my table in design view, and open the property sheet, but the names on the report aren't always what I'm seeing in the design view. There are a few things in there I recognize, but most of it ...... WHAT IS THIS TALKING ABOUT???? WHERE IS THIS STUFF???? I'm quite confused over this and for as much information there is on Access, I can find very, very little on this tool. I've found a few articles mentioning what the Database Documenter, but absolutely nothing regarding these fields on the report.
HELP!!!!!
