Red face How to get a query to check multiple locactions on ONE table

I, the only person in the company who does not know how to use Access, has been asked to fix a database that has not been working in 5 plus years. I finally got permission to start from scratch on the condition that the database looks as it use to.

The purpose of the database is to track the feedback from students regarding the various classes they have taken with the company. Since each class is taught by 1 - 4 instructors (primary, secondary, supplemental 1 and 2) I need my report to be able to pull from a query that lists all feedback by the instructor regardless of whether they were the primary, secondary, etc, instructor.

I have tried "mimicking" the old database (and it's VB code) and somethings will work others won't. Let me know if more info is needed and I greatly appreciate the forums help.

Need to describe the comments table structure. I suspect it is not properly normalized.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
