Is there any way to double click on the attachment and have it go right to the choice of attachments. i.e. to skip the add box. thanks, mark

I don't understand what you want. That popup does offer the choice of attachments in the field.

when you double click in the field a box comes up with add. you then click add and it takes you to a browse window. I want to go straight to the browse window or have choices already in the box where you put add.
    thanks, mark

This article http://blogs.office.com/b/microsoft-...cess-2007.aspx has code for adding attachments to Attachment field. The line - fldAttach.LoadFromFile strFilePath... - might be adapted to open a file browser as the input instead of strFilePath, but not sure.
