two questions about auto populating and multiple selection drop down lists.

Please excuse my ignorance; I am very new to access. I have a few questions;
1) I am having problems getting a text box (within a form) to auto populate in another text box in a sub form.
2) I am also not able to create a drop down list that allows you to make multiple selections and have those selections auto populate in another form.
Any guidance would be very helpful.

Ok I have seem to solve the 1st question, however now my text box keep appearing as "Name?" i want to be able to type something in the first box and that to auto populate into the second... is this possible?
