    How do I show a zero on dates with null values

    I have a crosstab querry where some dates have no values and the access query show a blank. I want the blanks to be replaced with zeros. I have tried using the NZ function with no success. I don't understand what I am doing incorrectly.

    Attachment 4004

    TRANSFORM Sum([NZ step 1].[SumOfDelivered qty]) AS [SumOfSumOfDelivered qty]
    SELECT [NZ step 1].Controller, Sum([NZ step 1].[SumOfDelivered qty]) AS [Total Of SumOfDelivered qty]

    FROM [NZ step 1]
    GROUP BY [NZ step 1].Controller
    PIVOT Format([Act#finish],"Short Date");
