Report Shows up Blank (form/query/report???)

I have a database that is populated based upon my query. When access starts up it goes to my form where there is a dropbox with all of the part numbers that are manufactured. When an employee selects one of these numbers they are to get the values for what they need for the machine setup.

My problem is when the number is selected from the dropbox, it takes to the report but it isn't populated. I have the report linked to the query along with the right control sources selected for each text box. Also I have the build event in my query that tells my main product key to send the information to the dropbox.

I hope I was able to make this understandable. I am new to access, and am learning as I go. Any help would be much appreciated.

I don't understand this statement.

Post the RowSource sql statement for the combobox.
Post the code that opens the report.
