Produce Multiple Reports From Different Criteria

    Hello,

Sorry if this solution has already been posted but I tried searching and couldn't find any reference to it.

Basically in my database I have a report that is run from a form that I created. In the form there are two parameters which have to be selected to produce the report which filter out the data.

Basically what I want to be able to do is automatically be able to run the report for each of the avaliable parameter choices. I had a look at macros but there doesn't seem to be any option to do this so if it is VBA code would someone please be able to give me some guidance on where to begin when coding this. The choices are displayed from a query.

    Many Thanks,

    Sarah

You mean let the user leave one of them blank? For two options, I'd use this:
