    ODBC -- Call Failed error

    Hello,

i have linked a table into Accesss 2003 and the connection works fine. i can open the table and all data is returned. however when i query it in SQL i get the "ODBC--call failed." error pop up. everything in the SQL is refereced fine and if i change the table name to a local one it querys fine, it just wont query the linked one even though all the data is there and working fine?

    help please

Are any of the linked SQL Server tables that you are using in the SQL statement SQL Views instead of the tables?

Also, what is the SQL for the query?

Please reply to this thread with any new information or opinions.
