How do I create a one on one relationship between fields in different tables?
For example I have a table with position numbers. Based on the position number I would like to auto-insert a job title in the job title field on a different table.

The job title is in the table with position numbers? Should not save the job title in the other table, just the record ID or position number if that is the primary key from the position table. Then when you join the tables can refer to the job title field to display in forms and reports.
