    Question Default value

    Hi,

I'm new to access, so I have a question I hope someone can help me with!
In one table, I have some fileds called "Category", "Løpenr" (auto nr. = primary key), "User/administrator" and some more.
It is these three together that should be my internal number. It is in this format: 01-02-Idar. Where 01 = "Category", 02 = "Løpenr" and "Idar" = User/administrator.

I have one table for each category, so 01 (category) is the default value. 02 should increase by one for every new item in this table, and I can choose between several users/administrators.

My question is: how can I default set the internal number to contain "Category", "Løpenr" and "User). I don't want to fill it out, it should be filled out when I choose the user.

I hope you understand what I mean, and that someone can help me with this
