combobox rowsource

Hi,
I want to fill a combobox with the result of a query (f.i. "select vollenaam from clients;") + 2 fixed values. (f.i. "Intake" and "end")
I know that it's possible, cause I did it before, but I can not remember how I did It.
Anyone has an idee?
