    You didn't provide any info, but it looks like you have an unbound text box in the detail section. Because it is unbound and in the detail section, the text box will repeat as many times as there are records. Look at the text box in design view of the form. There is only one text box.

    AFAIK, your options are bind the text box to a record in a table or move the text box to the header (or footer).
