Dynamical diagrams
Hi
In my database I have several queries to finally end up with an x- and y- column which I plot finally as a diagram. Now I want to add a new curve in the exisiting diagram for comparison with the filtered data. The new curve is depending on the choice in the queries prior plotting the diagram. For now I have a solution in that way that I a have a temporary table which contains all possible column but is empty in the beginning. Depending what was chosen during the filtering using the queries the corresponding columns will be filled with data. To this table a diagram is already created and linked. That means the diagram already exist as well as the legend names, the names of the x- and y- axises, the colour of the datapoints/curves etc.
Is there any way to this in a more sofisticated way for instance using a macro or Visual Basic code which creates the table, diagram and linking during run-time?
Best regards

Don't know of a way in Access but if I had your requirements I would export my data into Excel.
