Is there such thing as "month and year as digit"

    Hi all,

I am a novice at using access but have managed to create a database and am using a query using =[month as digit] to create reports on a month my month basis. I am just concerned about what happenes when the year changes. I assume that when i run the query, and choose, 2, all of the records for feb 2011 and 2012 will show.

Is there an easy way similar to "month as digit" to choose a particular month and year?

    Thanks in advance,

    Ben

I suspect most of us would let the user enter a date range (on a form), but you can add a second criteria similar to yours to let the user also enter year. In other words, 2 separate criteria, 2 separate prompts to the user.
