How to run a query from a control on a form

I have a database being used by several locations. I built a table called SITES and made a query which selects the site names. I made a form call Site_Frm, which uses a combo box listing the sites from the site query. I now want to run all my other queries based on the form Site_Frm. My query entry is this: [Forms]![SITE_Frm]![SITEcombo]. I put that in the criteria of a query asking for employee information. All my tables have controls named SITE. Problem is the query is not taking the information from the Site_Frm. Any ideas?

Could you provide an example of one of the queries? Is the query returning results but not the results that you expected? Would you be able to provide more info on your table structure?
