    Formula in report

I have a report which is displaying monies deposited and withdrawals. There are calculations with adds the total withdrawals and total deposits and then subtract those totals to reveal the balance. It is calculating the totals correct except when the withdrawals exceed the deposits it is showing a positive balance rather than a negative number.

Below is the formulae being used:

    =IIF(Sum[curDepositAmt])Is Null,0,Sum([curDepositAmt])) : Adds the Deposits

    =IIF(Sum[curWithdrawAmt])Is Null,0,Sum([curWithdrawAmt])) Adds the Withdrawals

    =[txtSumDeposit] - [txtSumWithdraw] : Displays the balance

If the balance is a positve number that is calculated correctly
If the balance is 0 that is displayed corrected
If the balance is a negative number this is showing the number as positive
