Macro help

I have this macro that opens up a table, I need help adding a couple things to it. I would like the macro when ran to ask the person to enter in a date and a number. The date field is named [Date] and the number field is named [employeenumber]

I don't use macros, just VBA. In either case I expect you want to use an InputBox or a parameter prompt or a custom form. Instead of opening tables, build forms as GUI for interacting with tables.
