Duplicate record in Subform

Hi,



I keep getting a duplicate record in my subform whenever i add more than one attachment to a record. I am not getting duplicate records in my table.

How can i fix this?

Your post is a little vague....but if I'm reading this right, you're using the new (to Access 2007) attachment field in your table? Although you can add many attachments to a record...and it looks like there's only one row....in realty, you have a 1 to many relationship between your record and the attachments. So the subform is displaying this realty. I suspect that if you remove the attachment field from the subform, you won't see the duplicates.

How would I attach two documents without creating the duplicate records?

I would probably use a separate table for the attachments....linked by the main id.
