    Update of idea

    How to add "Račun broj: P-" + [račun_broj_field] + short year (/11)?

Highlight (select) the fields you want to align.
Decide whether you want the data in those fields alligned on the left or right.
If the data is alligned on the right (numerals), then right click on one of the highlighted fields and select Align-Right.
If the data is alligned on the left, then right click on one of the highlighted fields and select Align-Left.
The data will then be aligned. Do the same with the labels.

Inside a text box insert "your text " & [your field] & " " & [your date field]

Remember to add spaces where required when concatenating strings.
