Tabbed forms and multiple tables

Hello,

This is the third post I have made for this problem, so I am not getting it.

I want to use tabbed forms, I have several tables in my database, they are;
Task - I track my activities for billing purposes.
Project Materials - For items purchased for a project.


Expenses - Where I track mileage, meals, hotel etc.

I want to use a tabbed form to enter data into the respective table. The Job number will be the common field across all tables.

Please help, I'll try really hard to avoid posting as solved prematurely.

I would expect a main form bound to a jobs table, with subforms bound to each of the related tables. Those subforms could be on tabs. That assumes that there is a one-to-many relationship between the various other tables and a main jobs table. Master/child links keep each subform in sync with the job displayed on the main form.

That does indeed work, my mistake was building my tabbed forms individually.
