    Report pages

I have a report in which I need it to sort the query by room number when it prints. I tried pulling the room number to the top of the page header but it doesnt sort my query data like I want. Is there somewhere in the properties or coding to change so that only the data associated with that room is on one page?

I don't have A2K7, but in A2K - A2K3, to sort in a report, you have to go to "Sorting and Grouping". In report design view, goto "VIEW" then "Sorting and Grouping".

To sort the data, you would select the field(s) to sort on, in the order you want them sorted. Then, at the bottom of the dialog box, set the group header to "YES" for the room number field. Close the dialog box.

In the report design, put the "room number" field in the group header. In the detail section, put the rest of the data (fields) for the room number.
