Need to verify this church database design

I'm new to this forum. We're trying to set up a simple database for maintaining church members records.

After some googling we thought that this design could suit us. Could some of you let us know if this design makes sense ?

Maybe think about adding last name to the table "Tbl_Individual". Think blended families........ Default to family name but allow changes due to step-children, grandparents,....
