    Help in relationship for this Database

    Hii all
    i want to make a program for a small business
    i have 8 departments , every department has specific machines and the machines



    has spare parts.
    when a machine in a specific departments broke, i want a report ( form) to be

    issued to the manger with the following fields:
    Employee name, filling Date and time, machine and its code, description and failure date and time
    then when i click next i want another form for the manger give it to the required engineer

    (Electrical, mechanical, structural, ..) with the required spare parts

    i built the tables but i have a difficulty in "Relationships" between them

    here the tables:
    Departments : ID, DepartemntName
    Machines : id, machine name, number, department
    Engineers: id, engname
    spareparts: id, sparepartname

    Can you please help me and is my attached file is correct or not
