Tranposing a Table in Access using a query

I have a table in Access 2003 that look like this

    Name 1 - Name 2 - Name 2 - Name 4
    200 - 300 - 100 - 250

The Name# are actually Column Names

And I'd like to run a query that transposes it to look like this

    Name - Value
    Name 1 - 200
    Name 2 - 300
    Name 3 - 100
    Name 4 - 250

I cannot seem to find any guidance anywhere that shows how to do this.
    Thanks
