    print preview

Hello all, I have a database where I have created an invoice form, which displays student information based on name selection. Also I have a subform which displays the student cheques through a parameter selection. But when I try to preview the form it requires me to enter the date parameters twice before I can see the preview and also antoher two times when I try to close the preview window. Can anyone tell why this is happening?

    cheers!

That usually means you have not referenced the values correctly.

    here is the ziped file

if you open up the form called Student Name form
and pick any name and when it prompts you to enter the dates
    you can enter 1/1/2011 - 1/31/2011
then another form will open with the student info and cheques.
then if you click on print preview you see what I mean.
Also I am trying to get the date entered though the prompt windows to appear at the top of my form, where indicated as invoice period.
Any help you can give me would be appreciated

    cheers!

As stated in my previous post, I am new to access! Can you explain how I am referencing values incorrectly?
If they are being referenced incorrectly, how is it that I am able to pull the correct record with the correct information. But as soon as ask it to print, I am being asked the enter the Date info again. I am confused!
