Question Form combo box not working with AllowEdits = False

I have a form with several text boxes. I have business users and IT users logging on to form. If the user is a Business user I want to turn off edits, deletions and additions. I also have a combo box on the form that houses all my reports. If I set Edits = False I cannot click on the combo box to load my reports. Any suggestions? I don't want to code each individual text box to be locked as there are quite a few text boxes.

Unfortunately that didn't work. Just ended up resorting to having user open separate form with report combo box. Thanks for help.
