    Form for editing data

I've got a form for inputting new data, but I want to create a form to edit those records one at a time, when additional and more up to date information arrives.

How do I set up a search to bring up the specific record I want to edit, and to open a form to display it? (It would be identified by reference to a name, a place and a date). Do I need another form, and if so how qould it work?

It is essentially the same form with the addition of a ComboBox created by the cbo wizard using option #3.
