Move fields to the right in a report

I have a report with quite a few fields. To make better use of the page, I want the fields to appear in two columns. But I cannot move fields to the right the original column. Is this possible or do the fields have to stay in one column? ... Please don't reply! I solved this by using "Remove" in the "Arrange" menu.
