Completed Database - Packaging?

I need to put a database on a cd once it is complete, to be send to the client. What all do I need to do with it before I send it?

(Package and sign? Which format to use? etc)
Is there a way to "install the db" from the cd - such as creating an .exe file

yes, there are packagers out there that use .exe format. google it.
