Question Multiple databases and 1 switchboard

    Hi everyone

I've created 3 databases in MS Access- db1, db2 and db3 (aliases) which are all linked. Now i want to use 1 switchboard to access data/information from all 3 databases. I hope that makes sense.

What is the most efficient way of doing this?

I look forward to your replies.

What do you mean "are all linked"?

you link all tables in other 2 DBs to one DB, then you can use all tables as they are in one DB, run switchboard in this DB.

    makelesik,

The simple way would be to use an unbound form with buttons/labels/hyperlinks
to open other objects such as forms. The example below is a gutted standard Access 2000 switchboard that I edited to suite my needs. Notice I saved the mouse over properties.
