Hi,

(abstract)
I'm administoring an Access Report.
One day, an user reported to me that the cursor pointer

does not move after she keyed in a part of date information
to the form (shown in the attached file).
#sounds not a big deal, but it needs to be solved to help them
#avoid the inconvenience.

(detail)
Before the day of reporting, it didn't happen. As an user intends to change
existing date, say, from "28/12/2010" to "29/12/2010",
she firstly keys in '2' and the caret moves to the position of '8'.
And she can happily type in '9' when the cursor is pointing at '8'.

But one day, the caret stopped moving (*1) after being keyed in.
For the instance above, she keyed in '2', then the cursor
stayed at the same position on top of '2'. So now she needs to
move from '2' to '8' by right-arrow key in order to change '8' to '9'.
(*1) of course some setting must have been changed by somebody..

I already tried all possible setting combination from
[Tools] -> [Options] -> [Keyboard], but did not
manage to find out why.

Thank you for your help in advance.
