    Search across tables

I'm a total newbie to Access, but at my video production company we have a need for a database to catalog infro from all our video clips. The database will be made up of multiple tables. Each table will be made up of video clip information from a video project. As is, we can only perform a search (or find) within an individual table. We need to be able to search across all the tables to find specific video clips. Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thanks,
    Bryan

I would suggest you to put all clips in one table.

Thanks for your quick response. We will have thousands of rows - is there a limit to how many you can have in a single table?

somebody said there is no limit for records, but there is size limit of 1Gb for one table.
thousands of rows is a piece of cake, I had a table with more 10 million records.
