sort data in the report

hello,
i created a report which connected with a query
and this report contain:
contact name(text)
salary(curency)
month(Date)
and in the report i create a group for the contact name
and parameter when i want gave me for example


from nov/2010 to nov/2011
and in the report gave me the sum of the contact salary at this time
but i need sort it from salary desc but the sort button is not active how must i do this any one help me

To sort data in a report, you must be in design view, then use "Sorting and Grouping".
I don't know which menu to find it under in A2K7, but in A2K3, it is under the "VIEW" menu.
