Emailing individual(s) based on document contents

Newby here. My problem. I've created a macro that will email a document to a specific individual. The email document could be sent to multiple individuals CC'd on the email based on the content in the document (e.g. if data in the document is for cost center XYZ, it will go to one set of individuals. if the data in the document is for cost center ABC, the email will go to a different set of individuals). There are 400+ cost centers with a possible 400+ different set of individual(s) (note there may be 1, 2 or 3 individuals CC'd on any given email) who need to be CC'd on the email.

This also needs to be automated to run at a specific time during the day (e.g. 6PM).
It also needs to be sent only when a predetermined future event date is scheduled (e.g. when the event is scheduled to occur on 8/15/2014, email is sent 8/12/2014 at 6PM).

Hope someone can provide a solution that is easily understandable and implementable.

    Thanks

    Flapping in the wind.

What you want isn't beginner stuff, but you can start here and the linked looping code:

Dive in and see how it goes. If you get stuck, post back.
