Textual Description in Report

How do i input textual description which is of 4 paragraphs and it stays as it is everytime i pull up report only thing changes is date & some other things based on the query. But i am really confused how do i input textual description in this report section ? Is there any option i am unaware of with which a text box pops up and then i can type those paragraphs in there ? pls help.

Wouldn't putting a label control on the report, entering the text you want, then saving the report work? The text you type will be saved and show up every time you open the report. Am I missing something?
