why is access db crashing from print preview

I am using access 2007 to manage my database and latest runtime allows users to access and raise orders. The database runs across server 2003 to seperate tables (access), the database has a frontend form allowing users to raise a purchase order when the user clicks a button called Preview order deatails, three instructions in a macro fire up. 1 clear macro errors, 2 refresh and 3 open report in printp review mode. if the user selects the print icon on the toolbar the printer then prints every frontend form (approx 97) and fails to print the preview report at all. If the user selects the office button and takes this route throught to the printer then evrything is OK and the preview report prints fine. Also when in print preview mode the counter at the bottom says 1 page of 1, why is it printing all the purchase orders in form view?

I am using Access 2007 and the latest runtime version. the database worked fine until I changed a few tick boxes to combo (yes/no) boxes and changed the field in the table properties to 'required' and do not allow zero length. database continues to work fine in Access but fails at print preview using Runtime module prompting me to send error report to microsoft.
