    Month Name in CrossTab Heading

I have always struggled with this!!
I want to order my cross tab header left to right chronologically. I have managed this up to now by entering "January","February","March","April" etc in the Column Headings Property, but I now have a situation where the data starts mid September in 2011 and finishes mid September 2012.
I have never figured out how to get my months headings to work in a crosstab of this nature.

    Can anyone help please?

You have to use concatenated month & year to arrange chronologically.

Need to know more about data structure. Where do the month names come from? You have a text field or does query extract from date value with Format function?

Show the sql statement of crosstab query. Sample source data could be helpful.
