Query for Forecast Trend

Hello! It’s actually my first time here and am still in the learning process in access.

I’m trying to determine the trend of the weekly forecast for each part for each customer.



This is how the data I would receive

Assumed received on week 06/27
Customer Item # 06/27 07/04 07/11 7/18
A 01 10 20 30 40
B 02 5 10 20 30
C 03 16 17 18 19

Assumed received on week 7/04
Customer Item # 07/04 07/11 7/18 7/25
A 01 20 100 0 50
B 02 51 113 250 37
C 03 18 18 22 19

My desired output will be

Customer Item# Week 06/27 07/04 07/11 7/18 07/25
A 01 06/27 10 20 30 40
07/04 20 100 0 50

Is there any possible way to do this in access query without doing VBA?
