How to have a save button in the subform inside of navigation

Hi Guys i have some questions about the forms and navigation form.

I created a Navigation form and inside i have a subform with a save record button.

When i press to save the record and go to the new record appears the message that "The Object 'NameOfSubForm' isn't open!

Can you please tell me what i need to do?

you dont really need a button.
EVERY record has a record selector button on it. clicking it is a save,
moving off to another record is a save,
moving to an empty record creates a new record.
