why do I see Design Master 2002-2003?

I have 2010, but when I open across the top " Desgn Master 2002-2003" which I assume means I have not converted the files to 2010, just have them open - nothing seems straight forward
    WTF?
can anyone Specifically tell me how to convert?

Don't have Access in front of me, but I think it's in File/Save As.
