    Unable to Find Object Error

    Hi all,

I have a split database with multiple users, however one of the users is getting this error:

'The Microsoft Jet database engine could not find the object 'MSysACEs'. Make sure the object exists and that you spell its name and the path name correctly'

I googled it and it looks like it has to do with corruption in the data base, but it is only affecting 1 user out of 80. If she downloads a new version of the front end, it works fine for awhile but then in a couple of days they error happens again. I can view the all the tables and run reports/queries no problem.

The answer seems to be to create a new database and import all the objects from the old one, but I didn't really want to go through all that since it is only affecting one user, to me it seems that the issue is more likely to be on their side.

Has anyone experienced this issue before where it only affects one user? She is on the same operating system and version of Access (2003)

    Thanks

    I haven't.

Maybe reinstall Access on her computer?
