    Multiple Data Entry

I am trying to turn the attached excel document into a database Form where All I would have to do is enter the Week End Date and the Overs, Shorts and Wrong Items. Then have an Add Records Button where it would populate a Table with the New Records. Is this Possible.

I am not worried about the Location or Hours, But the Names would be linked in the Current Database to a Master Employee File.

No button needed. Bind form to table, bind controls to fields of the RecordSource. Data entered into controls passes directly to table. Possibly will need to be form/subform arrangement. This is basic Access functionality and guidelines on building forms available in Access Help.
How to attach file: http://www.accessforums.net/showthread.php?t=70301 To provide db: copy, remove confidential data, run compact & repair, zip w/Windows Compression.
