#Name? errors with textboxes

I am getting this basic error on just a plain text box that has plain text in it, not generated from any query or field. I've seen numerous post with this error in more complicated situations. What causes this when all I did was type the text I wanted in the box itself? Data Control source equals what I typed it. Why doesn't this work?

when you type in text in a textbox, Access look on it as a control name or function name or some objects, not text. if you want text in a textbox, type in ="what ever text you want".

Please note that by this way, you can not edit the text when the form is runing. if you need to edit during running, don't type in any data source, instead, set default value to ="what ever text you want".
