    Combining fields on a report

I have a report where i need to include the date field. The date fields in the main table are listed in different fields

    Example
    SunDate
    MonDate
    TuesDate
    WedDate
    ThursDate
    FriDate
    SatDate

Not all the dates will be filled in on the record. One record can have a MonDate or another can have Tues Date another a WedDate.

On the report I want it to automatically populate the field based on which day the field is populated.
    Date of Work
    12/24/2010

Is there a formula to create a text box that would pick up the fields that have the date populated for that record?

you need to provide which Monday to get a date. e.g. last Monday is 12/13/2010, next Monday is 12/20/2010.
