    Problem with Design Switchboard

    hi everyone
    i need a little help in the Design of a Switchboard
    i had a switchboard
    i want it to be in the Center of the screen, not movable
    i know it is something to do with the Property sheet, i tried all the options but it didn't work with me



    the screen is looking something like this
