scheduling db

Ok i'm really stuck now. I'm writing a scheduling db for services work. My table has the fields of SiteName/Frequency/Month/Price. When I select quarterly for the frequency and then select say January for the month. I want the database to automatically store January/March/June/September. That way when I pull a report for any one of those months that site will be on the report and that a quarterly is due. I find this extremely hard to explain if more clarification is need I will post right away. Thank you so much for your help.
Note: SiteName is filled in from the form.
