Outlook Object Model question - automation

"A program is trying to access e-mail address information stored in Outlook..."

The above interactive MsgBox pops up when using this line
    Set ol = New Outlook.Application
To instantiate an outlook application for the purpose of sending a composed email through outlook. Back in the day, when I did this with outlook express & access 2.0 & 97, I could do it w/o using an external tool. Now with A2007, I'm not so sure. Anyone care to comment on how the message box can be circumvented with VBA tools?

Obviously, if you're sending personalized reports to 11,000 subscribers via automation, you cannot put up with the message boxes.
