How to create an editor for employees on a project?

I have an ProjectWorkers table which lists the IDs of employees that work on a particular project. So the ProjectWorkers table joins both the Projects table and the Employees table. On the Projects form I want to list all the names of the employees that work on each project, and possibly add to the list via a drop down list control. So the names will be gleaned from the Employees table via the employee ID. How do I create a list control on the Projects form to do this?

Especially the sample file I posted in post #18. It should give you at least one way to solve this.
