    Generate reports by frequency

    Hello all,

I am currently building a Preventive Maintenance database for my department. Daily I would like to press a command button that prints only the PM's (Reports) that are due to be performed. Some PM's may need to be completed every 3 days others every 7 days, every month or so. As I build each PM I enter the frequency in which it needs to be completed in my form which is saved to the table.

Need some help writing the module / code.

    Thanks,
    Mike

Certain PM's are due everyday, others are do once a week, month, yearly, it all depends the severity of the PM.
When I write each PM in a form, I'm recording the date that I wrote the PM, I am also reporting the frequency in which the pm should occur. Example: If I wrote it today 11/18/2010 and asked it to be completed or assigned to my technicians every 3 days, when I push the command button to print the daily PM's I would expect to print this PM automatically every 3 days only.
    Does this help at all?
